小骨窗开颅手术治疗高龄高血压性脑出血患者的56例疗效观察

目的：观察小骨窗开颅手术治疗高龄高血压性脑出血患者的疗效。方法：观察本院2011年4月-2013年1月收治的112例高龄高血压性脑出血患者的临床资料，分别采用小骨窗开颅术（观察组，n=56）或常规骨瓣开颅术（对照组，n=56）治疗。结果：观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、再出血率、并发症率和疗效都显著地优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：小骨窗开颅术治疗高龄高血压脑出血疗效确切，创伤小、并发症少，值得临床推广运用。

Observation the Effect of the Small Bone Window Craniotomy for Treatment of 56 Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the effect of the small bone window craniotomy for treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method：Analyzed the clinical data of the small bone window craniotomy（observation group,n=56）or standard craniotomy of major bone window（control group,n=56）for treatment of 112 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2011 to January 2013. Result：The operation time,hospitalization time,rehaemorrhagia rate,complication rate and effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The small bone window craniotomy for treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has better effect,less trauma and complication,it is worthy to be popularized.
