临床检验在急性盆腔炎患者治疗中的临床应用价值探究

目的：采用临床检验对治疗中的盆腔炎患者进行检查，并探究其在临床应用中的价值。方法：比较分析法是将治疗前患者的血沉、CRP、衣原体检查的平均值作为对照参考，患者治疗后本院对其血沉、CRP、衣原体检查的平均值进行重新统计后与对照参考数值进行比较的一种方法。本文采用这种方法对本院自2012年1月-2013年1月收治的50例患有急性盆腔炎的患者进行临床检查，并将其编组为治疗组与对照组，对照组患者为治疗前的检查结果，治疗组为治疗后的检查结果。结果：通过临床检验可以发现，盆腔炎患者治疗后血沉、CRP、衣原体检查的平均值明显小于治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床检验作为一项有效的参考依据，为盆腔炎患者的治疗疗效提供了理论上的依据，具有重要的应用价值。

To Explore the Clinical Value of Clinical Examination in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective：To explore the clinical examination on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease examination and its value in clinical applications.Method：Comparative analysis method was treated patients blood sedimentation,CRP,chlamydia check average as a cross-reference,from the blood sedimentation after treatment,patients with CRP,chlamydia check after the recount the mean value of a method and compares it to a reference. In this paper,this approach to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,50 patients admitted with acute pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with clinical examination,and divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was the test results of patients before treatment,the treatment group was the result after the treatment.Result：The clinical examination could be found after the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,ESR,CRP,chlamydia average significantly less than before treatment,comparative data differences,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical examination as a avalid frame of reference,for the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect provides a theoretical basis,there is important application value.
