醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床观察

目的：对脑梗死患者应用醒脑静注射液治疗后的临床效果进行观察与分析。方法：选取2011年2月-2012年11月在院治疗的脑梗死患者98例,随机将其分为参照组与治疗组,每组各49例,给予参照组患者常规治疗与护理方案,包括采取降纤、降颅压、抗凝、基础病症治疗、对症治疗以及脑循环代谢改善等常规治疗方法;治疗组患者在此方案基础上加用醒脑静注射液,行静脉滴注。观察比较两患者经治疗后智能、意识及记忆力方面症状指标改善状况。结果：经治疗后,参照组18例显效、14例有效、17例无效,总有效率为62.31%（32/49）;治疗组26例显效、17例有效、6例无效,总有效率为87.76%（43/49）,治疗组患者临床效果明显优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：脑梗死患者应用醒脑静注射液治疗具有安全、可靠、疗效确切,无药物相关不良反应等优点,值得在临床上予以推广使用。

The Clinical Observation of Xingnaojing Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To explore the effect of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of cerebral infarction.Method：98 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the treatment group were both 49 cases.The control group patients was taken down fiber,intracranial pressure,anticoagulation,foundation treatment,symptomatic treatment,and cerebral circulation metabolism improvement of conventional treatment methods;the treatment group was on the basis of control group therapy combined with Xingnaojing injection by intravenous drip.Intelligence,consciousness and memory of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The control group＇s total effective rate was 62.31%;Treatment group＇s total effective rate was 87.76%.Conclusion： After taking Xingnaojing injection,clinical curative effect is safe,reliable,effective,and no drug related adverse reaction etc,so it＇s worth to promote and Clinical use.
