腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石术16例临床分析＊

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石术的临床应用及效果。方法：对2011年3月-2012年5月本院行腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石术16例临床资料进行回顾性分析及随访。结果：16例患者行腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石手术顺利，平均手术（60.3±20.5）min，平均住院（5.5±2.0）d，无术后胆道出血、胆漏、腹腔积液，切口感染等并发症。随访5个月~4年，2例胆囊内见泥沙样结石，合并胆囊壁毛糙，14例未见结石复发，无自觉不适，胆囊收缩功能良好。结论：腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石术，可作为适应症下治疗胆石症的选择方法之一，手术安全可行，创伤小，恢复快。

Clinical Analysis of 16 Cases of Ccholecyst Retention Cholelichotomy with Laparoscopy and Choledochoscopy

Objective：To explore the clinical value of cholecyst retention cholelichotomy with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy.Method：The clinical date of 16 patients who were admitted to our hospital to receive cholecyst retention cholelichotomy with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy from March 2011 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and followed up.Result：The operation that 16 cases of cholecyst retention cholelichotomy with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy went smoothly.The mean operative time was（60.3±20.5）min,The average hospital stay was（5.5±2.0）d,No one suffered complications such as Biliary duck bleeding、bile leakage、ascites、incision infection and other complications etc. Follow-up of 5 months to 4 years,2 cases were discovered sand-like stones,and gallbladder wall rough. 14 cases had no recurrence of stones,without self-conscious discomfort, gallbladder function.the shrink function of gallbladder were fine.Conclusion：Cholecyst retention cholelichotomy with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy, this is one choice of the indications treatment of cholelithiasis ,and the surgery is feasible ,safe,less invasive,and rapid recovery.
