| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝病患者血脂、胆碱脂酶的变化及其临床意义。方法：对近两年肝病患者，血脂、胆碱脂酶、肝功结果进行回顾分析。结果：与对照组比较，急性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌（CHOL，TG，APOBI除外）和脂肪肝，血脂下降有显著性变化（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；急性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌和脂肪肝，胆碱脂酶水平变化均有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：血脂，胆碱脂酶水平在一定程度上能反映肝脏的功能，对于了解临床疗效、预后判断具有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To invest the clinical value of serum lipid and cholinesterase in patients with liver diseases.Methods:Compared to control,findings of serum lipid,cholinesterase and liver function were retrospectively analyzed for inpatients in last two years.Results: For acute hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,liver caner(except to CHOL,TC,APOB1),and lipid liver,level of serum lipid changed significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01);For acute hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,liver cancer and lipid liver,change of cholinesterase was significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions: Level of serum lipid and cholinesterase maybe reflect function of live in some degree,and get reference valuable to verdict curative effect and prognosis. |
