乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性妇女口服避孕药和肝功能关系的研究

为了观察乙型肝炎病毒携带者妇女口服避孕药对肝功能的影响,本研究选择乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性、肝功能正常、抗HBc—IgM阴性的育龄妇女作为观察对象,非随机分为两组,一组口服低剂量复合避孕药,一组不应用激素类避孕措施,随访观察半年。共159例妇女完成了随访观察,服药组78例,对照组81例。随访期间,两组均未出现肝炎的症状和体征,第3个月和第6个月时取血检查GPT、白蛋白、胆红素和凝血酶原时间,两组没有显著性差异,P>0.05。第3个月检查时,服药组有1例GPT值高于正常,第6个月检查时正常。根据初步观察,乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性妇女口服避孕药对肝功能没有明显影响,但是仍有必要扩大样本进一步观察,并且在人群中注意不良反应的监测。

Relationship Between Hormonal Steroid Contraception and Liver Function in Hepatitis B Virus Carriers.

In order to investigate the possible effect of oral contraceptives on liver function among the HBsAg carriers, some HBsAg positive women with normal liver function and negative anti - HBc - IgM are collected for a nonrandomized comparative trial. One group of subjects uses low dose combined OC and the control group uses non-hormonal methods for contraception. Follow up observations will be at three and six months after admission. Liver function and HBV infected markers are the main measurements.By the end of December of 1995, 159 cases have finished the observation, 78 in OC group and 81 in control group. During the observation, no significant differences between two groups are found including serum GPT, albumin, serum bilirubin and prothrombin time. However in OC group, there is one case who has had a transient moderate abnormal SGPT. No any hepatitis manifestations are found in both groups.According to the primary observation, no significant effects of OC use on liver function are found a-mong the HBsAg positive women. However, advanced investigations in larger sample and monitor in clinical practice are needed.
