| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨螺旋CT在厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎鉴别诊断中的价值. 资料与方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的25例厚壁型胆囊癌与40例慢性胆囊炎的螺旋CT表现. 结果 厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎在胆囊壁增厚的形态和特征、胆囊黏膜线完整性、胆道梗阻水平、肝胆界面清晰度、有无肝脏直接侵犯方面明显不同. 结论 螺旋CT检查有助于厚壁型鉴别胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value in the differential diagnosis of thick-wall gallbladder carcinoma(TWGC) and chronic cholecystitis(CC) with spiral CT.Materials and Methods CT findings in 25 cases with TWGC and 40 cases with CC proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was significantly statistical difference in the thickness and shape of gallbladder-wall,the continuity of gallbladder mucosal line,obstructive position of biliary system,interface between liver and gallbladde... |
