| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白（IVIG）在毛细支气管炎治疗中的临床应用。方法将临床确诊的毛细支气管炎婴儿126例，按随机原则分对照组和IVIG组，IVIG组每天加用IVIG400mg／kg／d，连用5天，观察疗效，病后对其进行随访。结果IVIG组的临床症状、体征的消失时间、病后复发率与对照组比较有明显差异（P〈0．01）。结论IVIG对毛细支气管炎急性期有明显疗效，并能减少病愈后反复喘息发作。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effects of the treatment of bronchitis capillaris with intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG） infusion in. Methods All 126 bronchitis capillaris infants were divided into two groups randomly, IVIG group and control group. The IVIG group were treated with IVIG（400mg/kg/d, for five days continuance）. The therapeutic effect of both groups were observed, and they were followed up after discharge. Results In treatment of clinical symptom, signed extinction time, recurrence rate after discharge, IVIG group had better curative effect than control group with significantly difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of infants with intravenous gamma globulin in treatment of bronchi- tis capillaris in acute stage is obviously effective, and IVIG can decrease recurrent attacks gasp after infant free of disease. |
