副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的分子分型及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的对1起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒病原菌进行分子分型及耐药性分析。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳进行分子分型,利用药敏卡通过仪器对分离菌株进行药敏检测。结果从患者肛拭分离的9株副溶血性弧菌与可疑剩余食物中的菌株PFGE图谱完全一致,相似度为100%。分离的副溶血性弧菌菌株的耐药结果基本一致:均对氨苄西林耐药,对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、复方新诺明等敏感,对头孢一代、头孢二代中度敏感,部分头孢三代中度敏感。结论利用脉冲场凝胶电泳对本起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒病原菌进行分子分型,为食源性疾病溯源及分子流行病学研究提供科学依据。

Study on PFGE Molecular Typing and Antimicrobial Resistance of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus

Abstract:Objective To study the molecular typing and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from a case of foodborne disease outbreak in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Methods PFGE (Pulsed field gelclectiophore-sis) was used for molecular typing, antimierobial-susceptibility card and instrument were used to conduct antimicrobial resistance examination. Results The fingerprint of PFGE of 10 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyt/cus was the same as in the gene-typing. Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated were resistant against Ampicillin, and susceptive to Amikacin, gentamicin, Tobramycin, Ciprofloxacin, Sinomin Compositea moderately susceptive to the first and second generation of cephalosporin and some was moderately sensitive to the third generation. Conclusion PFGE is available for molecular typing and can provide scientific evidence for tracing to the source of foodborne diseases as well as the study in Molecular epidemiology.
