正交试验优选复方消痤颗粒的提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选复方消痤颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法以得膏率和芍药苷含量为考察指标,以加水倍数、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为主要影响因素,采用正交试验法优选提取工艺。结果复方消痤颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺为加12倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮1 h。结论本实验优选出的工艺稳定,经济,可行。

Abstract:OBJECTION The extraction of Xiaocuo granules was optimized. METHODS With the extraction rate and contents of paeoniflorin as the index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the extraction. The main influential factors of extraction effect included the quantity of water, extraction times and extraction time. RESULTS The optimal condition was adding 12 times of water for 3 times and 1 hour for each time. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction is stable, economical and feasible.
