微波热凝治疗常年性鼻炎

目的 :探讨微波热凝治疗常年性鼻炎疗效。方法 :73例常年性鼻炎患者 ,42例行微波热凝治疗 ,31例行双鼻腔普鲁卡因加地塞米松封闭治疗。结果 :42例行微波热凝治疗者术后 1mon显效 2 7例 ,有效 12例 ,无效 3例 ,有效率 93%。 31例行封闭治疗 ,术后 1mon显效 7例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 11例。有效率 6 4%。结论 :微波热凝治疗常年性鼻炎比封闭治疗疗效确切 ,简单易行。

Efficacy of microwave thermocoagulation on patients with perennial rhinitis

Objective:To explore the remedial effect of the microwave thermocoagulation for perennial rhinitis.Method:73cases of Perennial rhinitis was dividedinto two groups,42 cases in the test group were theated by microwave thermmoc oagulation.31 case in the control group were traded by blocking therapy.Result:42 cases in the test group one month of postoperation,27 cases revealed significant effect and 12 cases were improvement and 3 cases had no change.The efficacy of 31 cases in the control group,after one month of postoperation,Tcases revealed significant effect and 13 cases were improvement and 11 cases had no change.The efieacy of blocking therapy on the patients with perennial rhinitis was 64% Conclusion:The microwave thermocoagulation on the patients with perennial rhinitis was 93% microwave thermocoagulation is efficient method to treat perennial rhinitis.It′s safe and simple .
