宫内宫外复合妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗11例分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫内宫外复合妊娠(HP)之异位妊娠病灶后的宫内妊娠的结局.方法 回顾性分析我院11例宫内宫外复合妊娠之异位妊娠病灶经腹腔镜手术治疗后的临床结局.结果 11例宫内宫外复合妊娠全部行腹腔镜手术清除异位妊娠病灶,平均手术时间52.6分钟,平均术中出血量58.3m1,平均拆线时间4.5天,术后均无并发症发生,伤口均Ⅱ/甲等愈合.11例患者中,8例已足月分娩,占72.7%,3例继续妊娠,占17.3%.结论 腹腔镜手术治疗宫内宫外复合妊娠之异位妊娠病灶是安全 可行的,其具有创伤小、切口小、对腹腔干扰小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,宫内妊娠结局良好.

11 Cases of Clinical Analysis on Celioscope Operation Treatment for Heterotopic Pregnancy, Intrauterine Pregnancy and Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the outcome of patients with intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy underwent laparoscopic operation. Methods The clinical outcomes of 11 patients with intrauterine and ectopic pragnancy undergoing laparoscopic operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The focus of intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy were all removed by laparoscopic operation.The mean operating time was 52.6 minutes,mean blood loss was 53. 8ml and mean length of taking out stitches postoperation was 4.5 days.There were no complications occurred.The wounds were all recovered well.Term delivery were observed in 8 of our procedures and 3 of our procedures went on pregnancy. Conclusions Laparoscopic operation is an safe and reliable procedure for intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy with merits such as microwound,little interfere,little blood loss,fast recovery and few complications. The outcome of intrauterine is good.
