| 摘 要： | 目的国产替米沙坦片与进口替米沙坦片溶出曲线的对比。方法本试验采用ZRS-6智能溶出试验仪,以磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.4)为溶出介质,分别测定了替米沙坦进口对照片与国产片的溶出曲线。结果及结论国产替米沙坦片与进口片在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.4)中溶出完全,且两者溶出曲线基本一致。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To make the comparison between the dissolution curve of domestic and imported Telmisartan Tablets.METHODS Intellectual diffusion meter(ZRS-6)was used to determine the dissolution curve of imported Telmisartan Tablets.and domestic tablets.Phosphate buffer of pH7.4 was used as dissolution medium.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The dissolution of the two tablets in phosphate buffer were complete.The dissolution curve of domestic Telmisartan Tablets was same as that of imported ones. |
