腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术与传统开腹手术比较

目的探讨腹腔镜手术在卵巢囊肿剥除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例卵巢囊肿患者,分为2组,治疗组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,比较2种手术方式的临床疗效。结果治疗组术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、术后恢复工作时间均少于对照组,有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿效果显著,损伤小,腹壁瘢痕小,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

The Comparison of Laparoscopic Surgery in Oophorocystectomy with Traditional Open Surgery

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the applied value of laparoscopic surgery in oophorocystectomy.Methods We analysed retrospectiely 20 patients with ovarian cyst in the third people＇s hospital of Xiangcheng district, and divided them into two groups： the treatment group used laparoscopic surgery in oophorocystectomy, while the control group used traditional open surgery, then we compared the clinical curative effect of the two kinds of operation methods.Results Bleeding volume in the surgery, duration of operation, hospital stays and postoperative recovery time of the treatment group were all significantly less than the control group （P0.01）.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery in oophorocystectomy has lots of advantages, such as more remarkable efficacy, less lesion, smaller scar on abdominal wall, less bleeding and faster recovery after surgery.In view of these facts, laparoscopic surgery in oophorocystectomy is worthy of clinical promotion.
