延续性护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨延续性护理干预对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者生活质量的影响。方法纳入2010年1月～2010年12月CHF患者139例,随机分为对照组（n=63）和干预组（n=76）。对照组实施常规出院指导,干预组出院后实施延续性护理干预。6个月后进行心功能检测并应用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表对两组患者生活质量进行评分和比较。结果干预组再入院率下降,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,但两组病死率无明显差别。结论延续性护理有助于提高CHF患者生活质量,降低疾病复发率。

Influence of continuous nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the influence of continuous nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure （ CHF ） . Methods The patients with CHF （ n =139 ） were selected from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010, and randomly divided into control group （ n =63 ） and intervention group （ n =76 ） . The control group was given conventional discharge instructions, and intervention group was given continuous nursing intervention after discharging. The quality of life was scored and compared in two groups by using Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire after six months, and the data was analyzed by using t test. Results The readmission rate decreased and scores of quality of life were higher in intervention group than those in control group, but there was no difference in mortality between two groups. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and reduce recurrence rate in patients with CHF.
