芪参益气滴丸治疗缺血陛心肌病的临床分析

目的观察芪参益气滴丸对慢性缺血性心肌病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法纳入2011年4月～2011年10月我院收治的慢性缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为对照组（n=42）和治疗组（n=42）。对照组进行常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合应用芪参益气滴丸（0.5g,tid）。治疗2个月后观察两组心功能改善情况和血浆N-端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者6分钟步行试验距离较长（427.0±26.8）mvs.（322.0±26.5）m]、左室射血分数（LVEF）较高（51.6±2.9）%vs.（45.1±3.9）%]、NYHA分级改善明显（提高Ⅰ级以上：92.8%vs.73.8%）,同时NT-proBNP水平更低（1422±420）pg/mlvs.（2536±476）pg/ml]、差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭在常规规范化治疗的基础上联合芪参益气滴丸治疗可明显改善心功能水平,获得较好的临床疗效。

Clinical analysis on ischemic cardiomyopathy treated with Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills on chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods The patients （ n =84 ） with chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure were selected from Apr. 2012 to Oct. 2012, and then randomly divided into control group and treatment group （ each n =42 ） . Control group was given routine treatment and treatment group was given Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills （ 0.5 g, three times a day ） besides of routine treatment. After two months, the improvement of heart function and changes of plasma NT-proBNP were observed in two groups. Results Compared with control group, in treatment group 6-minute walk distance test （ 6MWD ） was longer （ 427.0 ± 26.8 ） m vs . （ 322.0 ± 26.5 ） m], LVEF was higher （ 51.6 ± 2.9 ） % vs. （ 45.1 ± 3.9 ） %], improvement of NYHA grading was significant （ increasing one grade or more, 92.8% vs . 73.8% ） , and level of NT-proBNP was lower （ 1422 ± 420 ） pg/ml vs . （ 2536 ± 476 ） pg/ml]. The difference had statistical significance between two groups （ P 0.05 ） . Conclusion The routine treatment combining Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills can significantly improve heart function and has better curative effect on chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.
