冠状动脉支架置入术后发生急性肾损伤的危险因素分析

目的分析冠状动脉支架置入术（PCI）后急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）的危险因素。方法纳入行PCI患者208例,其中AKI21例,无AKI（NAKI）187例。通过分析两组患者的心功能指标及手术参数,采用Logistic多元回归分析,探讨AKI的危险因素。结果与NAKI组相比,AKI组血压（BP）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）较低（P〈0.05）,手术时间及造影剂通过时间均显著延长（P〈0.05）。Logistic多元回归分析显示上述因素均为AKI的危险因素。结论血流缓慢和PCI及造影剂通过时间是AKI发生的危险因素。

Risk factors of acute renal injury after intracoronary stent implantation and correlation analysis

Objective To analyze the risk factors of acute renal injury （ AKI ） after intracoronary stent implantation. Methods Among 208 patients after intracoronary stent implantation, there were 21 with AKI （ AKI group ） and 187 without AKI （ NAKI group ） . Through analyzing the indexes of heart function and surgery parameters, the risk factors of AKI were studied by applying multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Compared with NAKI group, blood pressure and LVEF were lower （ P 0.05 ） and surgery time and contract agent transiting time were significantly longer （ P 0.05 ） in AKI group. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that above-mentioned factors all were risk factors of AKI. Conclusion Lower blood flow, intracoronary stent implantation and contract agent transiting time all are the risk factors of AKI
