| 摘 要： | 目的观察宫乐宫内节育器的临床性能及其避孕效果。方法随机抽取无放置宫内节育器禁忌症的育龄妇女100例,放置后第3、6、12个月随访,记录月经日记卡,临床妇检特征等数据。结果宫乐置入后无内分泌失调现象,置入后第3、6、12个月,临床月经无显著性差异（P﹥0.05）;第3、6、12个月,分别抽静脉血测内分泌激素指标均为正常范围内（P﹥0.05）,临床妇检正常。结论使用宫乐宫内节育器避孕,经过一年的追踪调查未发现不良反应,且避孕效果好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objetive To study the clinical effects and the contraception effect of Gongle Intrauterine device （IUD）.Methods 100 cases of healthy childbearing-aged women were randomly provided Gongle IUD and took in clinical observation. Then all of them were follow up 3,6,12 months, took record menses diary and the clinical experimental data.Result There had no the phenomenon of endocrine disorders after Gongle IUD were used.There were no significant difference （P﹥0.05） about clicinal menses after Gongle IUD were placed for 3,6,12 months, the endocrine hormone index was also no significant difference （P﹥0.05） within the limit of the normal range, clinical cervical is normal.Conclusion The contraception effect of Gongle IUD is good and the side-effect is small, so it would be recommended. |
