| 摘 要： | 为了解江苏省婴儿死亡报告资料中婴儿死亡的漏报情况,我们对1990年江苏省24个急性呼吸道感染(ARI)项目县的92个监测乡的死亡回顾调查资料和这92个乡的婴儿死亡报告资料进行对比分析,发现这92个监测乡的婴儿死亡报告资料中婴儿死亡的漏报率很高,特别是死于家中,出生当天死亡以及死于新生儿窒息的漏报率很高。

| Abstract: | We have in vestigatcd the infant mortality in 92 monitor communities of 24 Jiangsu ARI (Acute Respirative Infection ) Programma counties in 1990 and compared the death retrospective study data with data of infant mortality . In order to Survey the missing report cases we find that the missing report rate of infant death is high. Specially the rates of those died at home, died at born and died from neonatal asphyxia are very higher. |
