CT灌注成像在脑缺血诊断中的应用

随着医学影像学成像技术的发展，医学影像学逐渐从形态成像向功能成像转变，并广泛应用于临床。CT灌注成像即为研究组织血流动力学最方便有效的方法之一，可在病变的早期阶段提供功能信息。本文简要介绍CT灌注成像在脑缺血诊断中的应用，并对成像的原理、参数及面临的问题等予以简要介绍。

CT perfusion images in the diagnosis of cerebrol ischemia

With the development of imaging technology,medical imaging techniques have switched from morphological imaging to functional imaging,and the conversion has been applied to clinic.CT perfusion imaging is one of the most convenient and available techniques that are used in the study of hemodynamic status of the tissues,which provides functional information in early stage of the disease.In this article,CT perfusion were summarized in the diagnosis of cerebral ischemia,and introduced the imaging principle,main parameters and put forward some questions still unsettled at the same time.
