| 摘 要： | 目的 研究大黄酚苷在大鼠体内的药代动力学.方法 大鼠给予大黄酚苷25 mg/kg灌胃后,于不同时间点采血,用高效液相色谱测定其血药质量浓度,用DAS 1.0统计软件拟合药代动力学参数.结果大黄酚苷的主要药代动力学参数分别为:达峰质量浓度13.13 mg/L、消除半衰期2.368 h、t时刻曲线下面积36.25mg/(L...

| Abstract: | Objective To study pharmacokinetic process of chrysophan in rat plasma. Methods The chrysophan was orally administered to the rats, and the blood samples were collected at different time. The concentrations of chrysophan in plasma were determined by HPLC method. The software of DAS 1.0 was used to perform the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of chrysophan were peak concentration 13.13 mg/L, clean up half life 2.368 h, square under curve of time t 36.25 mg/（L.h）. Conclusion The pharmacokinetic process of chrysophan in rats fits one-compartment model. |
