摘    要:目的:探讨卡托普利和氨氯地平对动脉硬化家兔模型的预防治疗作用。方法:动态观察各模型组血浆中NO、ET水平。结果:卡托普利和硒+VitE、氨氯地平皆可抑制血中NO、ET因子水平,但在NO、ET方面氨氯地平较强。结论:两种药物可抑制AS的发生发展,但在动脉斑块的稳定方面氨氯地平作用较强。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of captopril and amlodipine on related factors of atherosclerosis NO and ET.Method Serial measurements of blood levels of NO and ET of the rabbits were performed through out this experiment.Results The level of ET was inhibited,level of NO was increased both in captopril prevention group and selemium+Vitamin E treatment group and am-lodipine group.Conclusion Amlodipine can inhibit the emergence and development of AS,but as for the stability of AS,the effect of Amlodipine was stronger.
