| Abstract: | Effects of high level laser on biological tissue include thermal effect,pressure effect,electromagnetic effect,and chemical effect.These pathways for dissipation of the imported optical energy are competitive,and which pathway will dominate is determined by the wavelength,dose rate,exposure time,time domain for pulsed laser,and structure and composition of the irradiated tissue.In any laser tissue interaction,multiple mechanisms may be involvd in producing the final histologic consequence of irradiation by laser. |
