| 摘 要： | 目的:研究术前疼痛教育对手术患者术后疼痛控制的影响。方法:将80例拟行手术治疗患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组术前进行疼痛知识宣教,对照组只给予一般健康教育。评估两组患者术后48 h疼痛情况。结果:观察组术后48 h疼痛缓解率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过开展术前疼痛教育,可使患者增加对术后疼痛的认识,提高其治疗依从性,减少术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of preoperative pain education on postoperative pain for operative patients. Method 80 operative patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 40 patients in the observation group were care for preoperative pain education,while 40 patients in the control group were treated with general health education. To assess the condition of postoperative pain for 48h between observation group and control group. Results The remission rate of postoperative pain for 48h in the observation group was significantly higher compared to control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Preoperative pain education on operative patients can increase the understanding of postoperative pain,and improve the treatment adherence,and then reduce the postoperative complications. |
