| 摘 要： | 我们应用手动速炫散射经浊法对１５例寻常型银屑病患者混合波紫外线照射前后血清ｉｇＧ、Ａ、Ｍ及补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４、Ｃ１９进行了检测，发现照射后血清ＩｇＧ显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０５），余无显著性变化。结果表明混合波紫外线可通过抑制液免疫功能而发挥治疗作用。
