Ki-67在垂体腺瘤中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨垂体腺瘤中Ki-67蛋白表达与肿瘤增殖间的关系，进一步了解侵袭性垂体腺瘤的生物学特性，以提高诊断治疗水平。方法：搜集56例垂体瘤患者的临床综合资料，应用免疫组化SP法，利用MIB-1检测Ki-67标记指数，了解肿瘤细胞的侵袭性和增殖能力。结果：Ki-67的表达在侵袭性腺瘤组明显高于非侵袭性腺瘤组。各种类型的垂体腺瘤(PRL腺瘤、GH腺瘤、ACTH腺瘤、非功能性腺瘤)其侵袭的发生率无明显差异。侵袭性腺瘤组和非侵袭性腺瘤组在肿瘤大小、瘤内出血坏死、囊变发生率等方面有显著差异。结论：侵袭性垂体腺瘤多为大腺瘤，肿瘤出血、坏死、囊变发生率高，肿瘤增殖能力强。Ki-67标记指数可作为评价垂体腺瘤侵袭性的重要参考指标。

The protein expression of Ki-67 and its significance in pituitary adenomas

Objective:To study the relationship between the protein expression of Ki-67 and tumor proliferation and find out the biological characteristics of invasive pituitary adenomas. Methods:The protein expression of Ki-67 was examined by immunohistochemical SP methods in 56 pituitary adenomas.Results:The invasive group had a high expression of Ki-67 than that of noninvasive group. Significant clinical difference existed between two groups in size, the incidence of hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic components.Conclusion:Invasive pituitary adenoma was larger and had a high incidence of hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic components. The Ki-67 Labling Indices(LI) can be considered as an important indicator to evaluate the tumor invasive protential.
