| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大剂量维生素C（VitC）辅佐治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的作用。方法选择42例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿，随机分为治疗组（21例）和对照组（21例），两组均给予综合治疗，治疗组加用大剂量VitC、VitE静滴。结果治疗组在脑水肿、肌张力异常、昏迷、惊厥等临床症状完全消失时间上均较对照组缩短。结论大剂量VitC、VitE用于治疗HIE安全有效，可能与VitC、VitE能有效清除氧自由基有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the antioxidative effect of Vit C and Vit E on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods Forty-two neonates with HIE were divided into two groups： treatment group and contrast group. Patients in treatment group were given conventional therapy plus high dose of Vit C and Vit E, while those in contrast group were only given conventional therapy. Results The time for disappearance of encephaledema, abnormal muscular tension, coma, and convulsion was shorter in treatment group than contrast group. Conclusion High dose of Vit C and Vit E are safe and effective to treat HIE. The mechanism is probably related to the function of Vit C and Vit E in scavenging oxygen free radicals from the body. |
