茶多酚联合维生素C对阿霉素肾毒性的保护作用

摘    要:目的 探讨茶多酚联合维生素C对阿霉素所致肾毒性的保护作用。方法 应用阿霉素腹腔注射建立小鼠肾毒性模型,同时给予茶多酚联合维生素C干预治疗,检测肾功能、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶((GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果 小鼠腹腔注射阿霉素后,血清中尿素氮、肌酐含量增加,血液及肾组织中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活力下降。应用茶多酚联合维生素C进行干预后,SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活力增加,血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量下降。结论 茶多酚联合维生素C对阿霉素所致肾毒性具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of tea polyphenol combined with vitamin C on renal damage induced by adriamycin.Methods Adriamycin was injected into mice to establish a model of renal damage.Tea polyphenol and vitamin C were given for 6 weeks to observe the protective effects.Levels of SOD,CAT,GSH Px and MDA in renal tissue and blood,and renal histology were detected.Results The levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine increased,and activities of SOD,CAT,and GSH Px decreased in renal model compared with the corresponding values of the control group.However,activities of SOD,CAT and GSH Px in blood and renal tissue of the preventive group were higher,and contents of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than those in renal damage group.The difference was significant.Conclusions Tea polyphenol with vitamin C might have some protective effect on renal injury of rats.
