开设住院医师论坛的实践与效果

目的对我院6年来开设住院医师论坛（以下简称论坛）进行总结。方法论坛每2周举办1次，参加对象为全体住院医师，每人每年有一次主题发言。主讲人必须制作英文课件和用英文报告自己所负责的一些疑难或少见病例，每次论坛有指导教师现场为主讲人评分。结果论坛促进了住院医师的专业知识学习，提高了住院医师的临床思维、文献检索、英文应用和语言表达等综合能力；论坛是对住院医师培训内容的补充与完善；论坛促进了教学互动、活跃了学术氛围，不仅提高了住院医师的综合能力，对指导教师也是挑战；论坛继承与提高了医院的优良文化传统，为“临床型”医院向“学院型”医院转变打下了良好的基础。

Practice and effect of resident forum

Objective To summarize the effect of resident forum developed in our hospital for six years. Methods The forum was held biweekly. Every residency who enrolled the training program for dip- lomats had an opportunity to take a presentation each year. The speaker was required to report in English a- bout his/her clinical experience, such as intractable or rare cases. Then the presentation was evaluated quantitative by supervisor board. Results The forum raised the comprehensive capacity of residents in many aspects, such as expertise, clinical thoughts, literature retrieval, English application and language performance; The forum replenished and consummated the residents training plan; The forum also promoted the mutual communication between teachers and students, and created a lively academic atmosphere, which increased the capacity and challenge not only for residents, but also for supervisors. To insist on holding the forum for several years made us inherit and improve fine traditional culture in our hospital, and estab- lish a good basis for the transition from "clinical hospital" to "academic hospital".
