| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：回顾分析56例72眼胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉。结果：术后随访6个月－2年，复发2眼，占2．8％；移植片透明、光滑，愈合良好；术后视力保持不变或部分提高。结论：胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉安全、有效，复发率低，是一种理想的手术方式。

A CLINICAL STUDY OF PTERYGIUM EXCISION WITH LIMBAL STEM CELL AUTOGRAFTING FOR TREATMENT OF PTERYGIUM |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell autografting on pterygium.Methods:Fifty six patients(72 eyes)were analysed retrospectively who undertook excision with auto limbal stem cell transplantation.Results:During a follow up for 6 months to 2 years,there were 2 eyes recurred(2 8%);all cases had stable corneal epithelial healing and transparent graft.Some patients did not change and the rest rose in vision after operation.Conclusion:Excision combined with limbal stem cell autografting is effective,safe and low recurrent for treatment of pterygium,and it is an ideal method. |
