海南医学院临床本科毕业生质量的客观指标分析

目的客观评价海南医学院临床本科毕业生的质量。方法回顾性分析2006—2008年海南医学院临床本科毕业生医师资格考试资料、全国硕士研究生考试资料。结果执业医师考试通过情况：海医学生与外院学生比较，2006年理论考试、技能考试通过率均无差异性、2007—2008年有统计学意义；在理论考试通过率，技能考试通过率两方面，海医学生均呈下降趋势，以综合理论考试通过率下降最明显，技能考试通过率下降无差异性、理论考试通过率下降有统计学意义（P=0．000）；外校学生的技能考试及综合理论考试通过率均呈下降趋势，也以综合理论考试通过率下降最明屁，其差异均有统计学意义（理论P=0．000，技能P=0．006）。升研率分别为20％、60．7％、61．5％，其差异有统计学意义（P=0．000）。结论海南医学院临床医学毕业生客观质量稳定，逐步地得到社会良好评价。

Analysis of clinical medicine students' quality

Objective To assess the clinical medicine graduate students＇ quality in three years. Methods The data were collecting about the physician qualification test results from Medicine Committee in Hainan Province during 2006 to 2007,about the clinical medicine gradu- ate students＇ master-applying test and the CET4 results during 2006 to 2008. Result Comparing the students of Hainan Medical College with others, the tests of theories and skills are not significantly different in 2006, but they are significant in 2007,P〈0.05. Both the pass rates of the tests are descending in recent two years. The accumulative pass rates of CET4 from 2006 to 2008 are 50% ,62.1% and 50%,which are significantly different,P=0.004. The pass rates of master-applying test are 20%,60.7%,61.5%,which is significant,P=0.000. Conclusion The objective quality of clinical medicine in graduate students Hainan Medical College is steady.
