| 摘 要： | 针对医务人员在医疗保险中出现的医疗行为不规范所造成的医院经济损失、信誉下降和医疗纠纷等问题 ,结合医疗保险部门对定点医院采取的监督检查方式 ,探讨了医务人员在医疗保险过程中加强自身医疗行为规范与管理的对策。

| Abstract: | Aimed at loss of hospital economic benefit, decrease of credit and medical dissension caused by medical behaviors of medical workers in medical insurance, combined with supervision methods taken by medical insurance department on contract hospitals, this paper discusses strengthening standard of medical behavior of medical workers and its management countermeasures. |
