| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声在药物流产后子宫检查的应用价值。方法 应用频率3．5MHz的超声诊断仪对460例药物流产子宫和附件作常规检查分析。结果 本组病例中有91％一次性药流成功,而对9％一次性药流不成功者通过超声检查诊断分析,从而指导治疗,均取得了满意的效果。结论 超声是药流子宫检查最为理想的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonic examination for medicine spontaneous abortion.Methods 460 caese of medicine spontaneous abortion were enrolled to be examined regularly with 3.5MHz ultrasonic diagnostic-machine on both uterine and adnexa.Resultes It showed that 91% of the team was succeed at the first therapy,the other part of the team,which was not finished therapy at first could be cured with the help of ultrasonographic diagnosis.Conclusion Ultrasonograhy may be one of the most importart way of examination on uterine about medicine spontaneous abortion. |
