摘    要:目的:研究不同产地大黄微量元素含量、特征性元素以及分布特征。方法:采用ICP-OES法测定5个不同产地大黄及贵州土大黄中各微量元素的含量,并采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对测定结果进行特征分析。结果:经主成分分析得3个主成分,其累计方差贡献率达91.61%。第1主成分的方差贡献率为48.75%,故确定其所对应的Fe、B和As为大黄所含特征元素。聚类分析方法将5个大黄样品基本按地域性聚为2组;将6个样品聚为3组。结论:Fe、B和As是大黄特征性元素,不同产地大黄的微量元素含量存在差异且呈一定地域分布性。本试验可为大黄的资源开发、质量控制以及深入研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the contents and distribution of trace elements in Rheum palmatum L.gathered from six different habitats.Methods: The trace elements of all samples were determined by ICP-OES.The principal components analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS 17.0 software were applied to evaluate characteristic elements.Results: After principal component analysis of the five Rheum palmatum L.samples,three principal divisors were gained.The contribution rate of accumulative total of variance of the three principal divisors in defense mechanism is 91.61% and the variance contribution of the first divisor was 48.75%,indicating Fe,B and As were the characteristic elements of Rheum palmatum L.It was also showed that these samples,referring to that the elemental distribution characteristics are related to the habitats of Rheum palmatum L..And the whole six samples could be clustered reasonably into three groups.Conclusion: The study on trace elements in Rheum palmatum L.can be used to provide guidance with utilizing of this medicine.
