大黄保留灌肠治疗慢性重型肝炎的疗效观察与护理

目的：观察中药大黄保留灌肠对慢性重型肝炎的疗效及护理。方法：慢性重型肝炎81例,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组40例,均采用常规保肝、退黄,输注血浆、利尿等综合治疗;治疗组加用大黄保留灌肠治疗,对照组加用乳果糖保留灌肠治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组无论是在症状改善、大便改善、常见并发症发生率方面,均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：大黄保留灌肠可有效改善症状、大便性状,降低并发症发生率。

Clinical observation of rhubarb retention enema in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis patients and its nursing

Objective：To observe the effect of rhubarb retention enema for chronic severe hepatitis and nursing.Methods：81 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the rhubarb group of 41 patients and the lactulose group of 40 patients,all with conventional protecting liver,jaundice,infusion of plasma,urine and other comprehensive treatment;rhubarb group were treated with rhubarb retention enema,milk fructose group was treated with lactulose retention enema.Results：There was no significant statistical difference（P0.05） between rhubarb group and the lactulose group in symptom improvement,stool improvement and incidence of complications.Conclusion：Retention enema with Rhubarb can effectively improve the symptoms,stool and reduce the incidence of complications.
