| 摘 要： | 本文总结了20例新生儿巨大骶尾部畸胎瘤的护理,即术前进行全面的护理评估,纠正休克,做好瘤体的护理和家长心理护理以及新生儿的保暖。术后做好生命体征监测和呼吸道管理,加强体温观察和各种引流管的护理,提供营养支持,注重切口感染,做好基础护理等工作。本组20例患儿经积极治疗、护理,无并发症发生,均痊愈出院。

| Abstract: | It summmarize the Nursing care of 20 newborns with great the tumour in the Sacrococcygeal region.Provide the whole nursing in the preoperation period including refiring shock,Keeping warm,taking care of the tumor.In the postoperation in the attention to the vital signs,the respiratory airway ;Attach importance to the temperature,the drainage-tubes,the in fection of the cut,Besides these,normal care is necessary such as the intuition.All of these 20 samples has cued with no compelications. |
