弥散性血管内凝血诊断标准研究进展

近年多种临床和实验室弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）诊断评分标准相继被提出,不同评分标准的诊断性能各不相同。国际血栓与止血委员会（ISTH）非显性标准的诊断特性是四种标准中最佳者。ISTH显性标准、日本卫生福利部及日本危重病协会三种诊断标准的同特点是针对典型DIC的判断。将针对凝血功能紊乱和器官功能衰竭的分子标志物应用于DIC诊断,在考虑DIC发生基础疾病的前提下,可能不失为早期诊断DIC重要方向之一。

Progress of diagnostic criteria on disseminated intravascular coagulation

Clinical and laboratorial scoring criteria for disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC）were recently published.The performance of different criteria is varying from one to one.The ISTH non-overt criterion is the most sensitive criteria among the four criteria.The JAAM criteria,JMHW criteria and ISHT overt-DIC criteria are all for diagnosing overt-DIC patients.The pathological and organ failure molecular markers may be used in early DIC diagnosis.
