谷维素辅助治疗原发性高血压临床研究

目的：观察谷维素辅助治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的疗效。方法：将82例原发性轻、中度高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,给予谷维素片加硝苯地平缓释片;对照组40例,只给予硝苯地平缓释片;两组均治疗2个月,对收缩压、舒张压的最终下降幅度进行评定。结果：治疗组收缩压、舒张压的下降幅度更明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应均较轻。结论：谷维素片加硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性轻、中度高血压比单用硝苯地平缓释片疗效更好,谷维素片可增强高血压患者降压药的效果。

The clinical research of Oryzanol in the assist treatment of primary hypertension

Objective： To observe the effectiveness of Oryzanol in the assist treatment of mild and moderate primary hy-pertension.Methods： 82 cases of mild and moderate primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were treated by Oryzanol and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets while the control group were treated by Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets only,general treated for 2 months,the decrease amplitude of SBP and DBP were evaluated.Results： The decrease amplitude of SBP and DBP in treatment group were more obvious,compared with the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,the adverse reactions were mild in two groups.Conclusion： Oryzanol combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in the assist treatment of primary hypertension has better effectiveness than used Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets only,Oryzanol can enhance the effect of other an-tihypertensive drug.
