目标性干预护理对腰椎椎间融合术患者腰椎功能的影响

目的:探究观察目标性干预护理对腰椎椎间融合术患者腰椎功能的影响.方法:选择2017年3月-2018年4月我院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,根据术后患者所选的护理方式将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60 人.对照组行常规干预护理,观察组行目标性干预护理,患者在出院时,调查护理满意度.比较患者术前、术后1个月及术后3个月后的腰椎功能障碍指数评分.结果:不同护理干预下,观察组总满意度100% ,对照组总满意度81. 7% ,观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组在术后1个月与术后3个月的腰椎功能障碍指数评分均显著低于对照组(P<0. 05).结论:目标性干预护理对腰椎椎间融合术患者腰椎功能恢复较常规护理效果好,能显著改善患者的腰椎功能,提高患者对医护人员的满意度,值得临床推广.

Effects of objective nursing intervention on lumbar function in lumbar degenerative disease patients undergoing lumbar interbody fusion surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of objective intervention nursing on lumbar vertebral function in patients undergoing lumbar interbody fusion.Methods:a total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research objects.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the selected nursing mode of postoperative patients,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention nursing,and the experimental group received targeted intervention nursing.The scores of lumbar spine dysfunction index before operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation were compared.Results:under different nursing interventions,the total satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%,and that of the control group was 81.7%.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of lumbar dysfunction index in the experimental group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:targeted intervention nursing had a better effect on the recovery of lumbar function of patients with lumbar interbody fusion than conventional nursing,which could significantly improve the lumbar function of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients to medical staff,and was worthy of clinical promotion.
