回收式自体输血与异体输血在手术大出血患者治疗中应用效果的比较研究

目的比较回收式自体输血与异体输血在手术大出血患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取阳江市人民医院2016年9月-2018年10月收治的手术大出血患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为自体输血组和异体输血组,各50例。自体输血组采用回收式自体输血,异体输血组患者采用常规异体输血。比较两组输血前和输血后第3天红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数、淋巴细胞计数。结果术前两组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数、淋巴细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天自体输血组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容、白细胞计数、血小板计数、淋巴细胞计数高于异体输血组,中性粒细胞计数低于异体输血组(P<0.05)。结论与异体输血相比,回收式自体输血能促进手术大出血患者相关指标的快速恢复,减轻炎性反应。

A comparative study on the effect of recovery autotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion in the treatment of massive hemorrhage

Objective To compare the effect of recovery autotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion in the treatment of massive hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with surgical massive hemorrhage were selected from September 2016 to October 2018 in Yangjiang People’s Hospital,which were divided into autotransfusion group and allotransfusion group,according to random number table,50 cases each group.The autotransfusion group were treated with recovery autotransfusion,the allotransfusion group were treated with routine allotransfusion.Red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,hematocrit,leukocyte count,neutrophil count,platelet count and lymphocyte count were compared before and 3 days after transfusion.Results There was no significant difference in red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,hematocrit,leukocyte count,neutrophil count,platelet count and lymphocyte count between the two groups(P>0.05).3 days after transfusion,the autotransfusion group of red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,hematocrit,leukocyte count,platelet count and lymphocyte count were higher than the allotransfusion group,neutrophil count were lower than the allotransfusion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with allogeneic transfusion,recovery autotransfusion can promote the rapid recovery of related indexes in patients with major bleeding and reduce inflammatory reaction.
