眩晕残障程度量表在急诊留观眩晕患者中的应用

目的探讨眩晕残碍程度评定量表在留观眩晕患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月18日-8月18日在某院急诊留观,将80例眩晕为主诉的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,2组基本信息无明显差异,对照组给予常规护理用眩晕残障程度量表进行测量并记录,观察组根据眩晕残障程度量表测量结果进行综合护理措施实施,2组患者均给予药物治疗,入组后第7日对2组患者眩晕残障程度量表及眩晕认知水平进行比较。观察组眩晕残障程度量表总指数为13.29±2.98,低于对照组的60.17±5.41,差异有统计学意义,眩晕认知水平观察组为9.1±0.7,高于对照组的3.3±0.6,差异有统计学意义。结论眩晕残障程度量表指导下综合护理措施的实施,可以改善患者焦虑情绪,缓解眩晕症状,提高患者对眩晕的认知水平,帮助患者早日康复。

Application of Vertigo Disability Scale in Emergency Patients with Vertigo

Objective To investigate the effect of vertigo disability rating scale in patients with vertigo.Method From August 2018 to August 2019 in emergency room of a hospital under observation,80 cases of vertigo as the chief complaint of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,no difference between the basic information of two groups,control group given routine nursing with vertigo degree of disability scale to measure and record,the observation group according to the result of vertigo degree of disability scale for measuring comprehensive nursing measures.Both groups were treated with drugs.On the 7 th day after enrollment,the vertigo disability scale and vertigo cognition level of the two groups were compared.Results on the 7 th day after enrollment,the total index of vertigo disability scale in the observation group was 13.29±2.98,lower than that in the control group(60.17±5.41),the difference was statistically significant.The vertigo cognition level in the observation group was 9.1±0.7,higher than that in the control group(3.3±0.6),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures under the guidance of vertigo disability scale could improve patients’anxiety,relieve vertigo symptoms,improve vertigo cognition level,and help patients recover at an early date.
