美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压并发心力衰竭的临床疗效

目的探讨美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压并发心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取衡阳市中心医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的原发性高血压并发心力衰竭患者50例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各25例。对照组予以贝那普利治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以美托洛尔治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心率、舒张压、收缩压,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组心率、舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组心率、舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压并发心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可有效改善心率、血压,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of metoprolol combined with benazepril in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with heart failure

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with benazepril in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with primary hypertension complicated with heart failure were selected from March 2018 to March 2019 in Hengyang Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the research group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,heart rate,diastolic pressure,systolic pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The research group of clinical effect was better than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the research group of heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with benazepril have an exact clinical effect for primary hypertension complicated with heart failure,which can effectively improve heart rate and blood pressure,and with high safety.
