妊娠期高血压疾病ICD-10与ICD-11编码异同及与最新临床指南的对比分析

国际疾病分类(ICD)第11版即将在我国投入使用,通过对比分析明确ICD-11中妊娠期高血压疾病相关内容与现行ICD-10间的区别和联系,同时结合疾病的最新中外指南,明确各版本ICD与临床最新进展之间的异同。研究结果表明ICD-11解决了ICD-10有关蛋白尿不是诊断子痫前期必需依据的问题,解决了镜像综合征的归属问题。同时针对妊娠期高血压疾病临床指南与ICD之间的差异,对新版本修订提出了几点建议与更新。希望在未来能够多方沟通合作,更好地制定ICD-11中国版细则,更好地向世界展示中国的医疗成果。

The Differences between ICD-10 and ICD-11 in Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy and the Comparative Analysis with the Latest Clinical Guidelines

The aim of the research is understanding the differences between the 11 st edition of the international classification of diseases(ICD)and the current 10 th edition in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)and the differences between the latest clinical guidelines and the ICD.The ultimate purpose is providing information for the formulation of the 11 th edition of ICD in China.By comparative analysis,the ICD-11 solved the problem that proteinuria was not the necessary diagnosis basis for preeclampsia and mirror syndrome should not be classified in HDP.We also suggested that the chronic hypertension complicated with heart disease should be described in more details and gestational edema should be excluded in HDP.Blurring the borders between light and severe preeclampsia and building the correlation between white coat hypertension and HDP may be more applicable for clinical practice.Multi-divisional communication and cooperation should be conducted for better formulation of ICD-11 in China in future.
