Pay attention to the problems in diagnosis and treatments of adenoid cystic carcinoma of lacrimal gland

Adenoid cystie carcinoma(ACC)is the most common malignant neoplasm in lacrimal gland,with a high recurrence rate and mortaliy.The pathogenesis of this discase is unknown and the prognosis is poor.At present,there is no standardized diagnosis and treatment plan for adenoid cystic carcinoma of ACC in lacrimal gland,and there are some problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of ACC in lacrimal gland,the issues needing altention from the aspects of epidemiology.elinical manifestations,choice of imaging examination,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,pathological changes and immunohistochemical indicators,choice of treatment options.and prognostie factors were discussed,which is of great benift to strengthen clinicians'attention to these issues,improve the ability to deal with the dlisease in the early stage.and deerease the misdiagnosis rale.
