PDCA管理方法在病案归档管理中的应用

目的运用PDCA管理方法分析病案归档率低的原因并制定改进措施,探讨PDCA管理方法在病案归档管理中的应用效果。方法收集某医院2018年11月1日-2019年8月31日病案的3日和7日归档率数据,分析PDCA管理实施前后归档率变化情况。结果实施管理前7日归档率为88.52%,3日归档率为60.10%,实施管理后7日归档率为99.02%,3日归档率为90.89%,定基比增长速度分别为51.23%,11.86%。PDCA管理后的病案归档率显著高于实施前,3日归档率较实施前跨越式增长,7日归档率较实施前稳步增长。结论PDCA管理方法能够有效减少归档病案迟归事件的发生,对病案归档率持续提高有现实意义,可广泛用于归档病案的管理工作中。

Using PDCA Management Method to Increase Medical Record Archiving Rate

Objectives To analyze the reasons for the low archiving rate of medical records using the PDCA management method and formulate improvement measures.To explore the application effect of PDCA management methods in medical record archiving management.Methods The hospital’s medical records from November 2018 to August 2019 were collected and analyzed the archiving rate on 3rd and 7th after the implementation of PDCA method.Results The archiving rate before the implementation of PDCA method on 7th was 88.52%,on 3th was 60.10%.After the implementation of PDCA method the rate was 99.02% on 7th and 90.89% on 3th.The growth rate of fixed base ratio was 51.23% and 11.86%,respectively.After the PDCA management,the archiving rate of medical records was significantly higher than that before.And the archiving rate on the 3rd was larger than that before,the archiving rate on the 7th was steadily higher than that before.Conclusions PDCA method could effectively reduce the occurrence of late archiving of medical records,which had significance in increase the rate of medical records archiving,and could be widely used in the management of medical records.
