| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is the most common form of inflammatory arthropathy. RA?is considered a disease of synovial joints, although it can cause various extra-articular manifestations. The synovium appears to be the primary target; however, investigations are ongoing to determine the exact etiology and pathoanatomy. |
