| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脑活素（丽珠赛乐）治疗脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法：选用从年龄、分型及胖随症状均相接近的患儿，分为脑活素治疗组和单纯运动功能训练对照组。结果：治疗组经６～１０个疗程治疗后运动功能有８５．０％的改善，异常反射及伴随症状消失，与对照组存在显著差异。结论：脑性瘫痪如能得到早期诊断、早期干预，能减少儿童残疾。

| Abstract: | Objective:Clinical curative effect of the cerebroprotein hydrolysate injeciton (cerebrolysin) in the treatment of cerebral palsy was obserred. Methods:Children with cerebral palsy, having same age, type, accompany symptoms, were chosen as treated group which was treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection. The controlled group received only the exercise function training. Results:The exercise function of treated group improved by 85.0% after six to ten courses of treatment, there were significant difference compared with the controlled group. Conclusion:It is suggested that it is the main method for decrease children disability if the cerebral palsy can be diagnosed and intervened early. |
