护肾汤加减配合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征60例疗效观察

目的观察护肾汤加减配合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将120例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组,对照组60例予泼尼松及环磷酰胺、双嘧达莫、维生素E等常规药物治疗;治疗组60例在对照组基础上予护肾汤加减治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,观察临床疗效及治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白(Alb)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率56.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量及Alb均明显改善(P0.05,P0.01),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论护肾汤加减配合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效确切。

Observation of Hushen decoction combined with western medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Hushen decoction combined with western medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 120 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in control group were treated by routine therapy （including Cyclophosphamide, Dipyridamole, Vitamin E, etc）. The other 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Hushen decoction combined with routine therapy. After a course, 24 h urine protein and Alb were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （80.5%） was higher than that in control group （56.7%, P0.05）. 24 h urine protein and Alb were obviously improved after treatment in two groups （P0.05, P0.01）.Conclusion Hushen decoction combined with western medicine has definite effect on primary nephrotic syndrome.
