| 摘 要： | 目的：探索直肠癌造口术术后护理的有效方法。方法：总结2005年1月-2006年12月间采用该术式治疗直肠癌31例的术后护理成效。结果：31例患者手术均顺利完成，术中、术后无并发症，患者生活质量良好。结论：术后细心的护理，以及出院前、后的健康指导，饮食护理都是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effective way of postoperative nursing after fistulization for rectal cancer.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the postoperative nursing situation of 31 cases with rectal cancer treated by fistulization during January 2005 to December 2006.Results: All surgeries were performed successfully,without complication occurring during and after surgery.And all patients lived satisfactory lives.Conclusion: Careful postoperative nursing,health guidance before and after discharge and diet caring are keys to successful surgery. |
