独羌痹痛丸的质量标准研究

目的：建立独羌痹痛丸的质量标准。方法：采用显微鉴别法鉴别制剂中细辛、白芍、黄芪、防己、乌梢蛇;采用TLC法鉴别制剂中独活、羌活、甘草,并采用TLC法对制剂中毒性成分乌头碱进行限量检查。结果：显微鉴别能清晰分辨相关组织,在TLC色谱中均能检出目标物质;乌头碱限量符合《中国药典》要求。结论：所建鉴别方法专属性强,毒性成分能控制在标准内,可有效控制独羌痹痛丸的质量。

Study on quality standard of Duqiangbitong pill

Objective： To establish the quality standards of Duqiangbitong pill.Methods： Microscopic identification method to identify agents in Asarum,white peony root,astragalus,menispermaceae,black snake;using the TLC method to identify agents,independent living,the Rhizoma,licorice,and limited by TLC of toxic components in the preparation of aconitine inspection.Results： Microscopic identification can clearly distinguish between relevant organizations,the target material could be detected by TLC;the aconitine limited in conformity with the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂.Conclusion： built to identify highly specific and toxic components can be controlled in the standard,which can effectively control the quality of Duqiangbitong pill.
